Extras-testing/Command line applications

Command line applications are a special case when uploading to extras-testing, so they should have a custom icon and a detailed description.

Final Icon

For use with any application that only runs in the command line interface (e.g., no GUI).

Additional Icons

Can be used as a "badge" to be placed on custom iconography.
