Is tomato paste aloelwd? Should tomatoes be eaten in moderation? Somehow I get the impression they tend to be avoided or limmited in the recipies I have seen here. Can't I have a regular chilli con carne with ground meat, beans and lots of tomatoes instead of the white chilli?
