	I had used flasher several times with my workstation and a USB hub. After installing boot menu flasher could not find a suitable device. I tried many things and finaly plugged the N810 in to a USB direcly on the computer. Worked fine. I do not understand the problem, but don't hesitate to tried different USB ports.
