Rather than have the countries scrambled in the random order that people will add them to the wiki, may I suggest listing each country by its [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes country calling code]? i.e. 2.1.1.1 USA, 2.1.1.39 Italy, etc. Or just alphabetically?
