This wiki is to compile a list of hardware revisions and infra-red distance to help with development of Pierogi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Currently there is a mystery issue for some users of Pierogi.&lt;br /&gt;
Some people are experiencing a less then ideal range issue from there IR module.&lt;br /&gt;
Hopefully in compiling data in the table below, it will be possible to establish a solution.  &lt;br /&gt;

==Instruction for use of Infrared Range Issues Table==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Username - Please enter a name or username&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Revision - To find your hardware revision number:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Open a [[Terminal]] and type&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 cat /proc/cpuinfo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Near the bottom of the output is your N900&#039;s &amp;quot;Revision&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Issue - Enter Yes or No in the Issue column, if no current issues you may leave &amp;quot;Range and &amp;quot;Keyset&amp;quot; columns blank.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Range - Maximum distance from the equipment to your device that the keyset works&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Keyset - Pierogi Keyset that has an issue&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
*Date - Dates are in international format&lt;br /&gt;

 example:-   20120131   is    31 January 2012&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

*Notes - to keep track of multiple devices etc..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
